Notes from the Prof
I’m SO excited to start teaching the Human Physiology course at Southwestern College in spring 2022. Physiology was my hands-down, absolute favorite subject in college. So much so that it was one of the sections on my doctoral exams. My focus was, of course, mostly on the physiology of fishes, but quite a bit of that applies to human physiology, too! These are what are known as “conserved” processes — ones that are so vital to life that, when Mother Nature gets them right, they are conserved from one species to the next. From dandelions, to lion fish… to lions!!
Stay tuned for more info as this class gets off the ground.
